  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We do our best to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. We use a 2-3 business day shipping service.

  • What is your return policy?

    Here is what to do if your Wellena products are not right for you:


    1. Please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will help you with the return process. 

    2. If the package is completely unopened and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may "Return to Sender" using the sender address listed on the shipping label.

    If the package has been opened, the products are unopened/new and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may ship the package back to us, to the address below. In this case please make sure your order information is inside the box:

  • How can I get the product if I live outside of the US?

    At this time we do not ship outside of the US. However, there are simple, budget-friendly services like MyUS.com that will forward our products to you in your country. Many of our customers use these services and feedback has been positive.


    Please note that you are responsible for knowing the laws of your own country. Some supplements may not be permitted in certain countries. For example, Progesterone is known to be regulated as a drug in Canada and other destinations.

  • What if I have PCOS?

    Estrogen Dominance is often linked to PCOS. The Estrogen Reset Kit helps to achieve hormonal balance by metabolizing the excess hormones that may be causing your symptoms.

  • What if I am in menopause / post-menopause?

    It is very common for women in peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause to suffer from estrogen dominance. This is because despite estrogen levels being low, they are still not in balance with progesterone levels. Another scenario is one where the low estrogen still has an unfavorable balance of its metabolites (too much of the dirty estrogens, not enough of the clean estrogens). The Estrogen Reset Kit, along with an anti-inflammatory diet, will help to regain balance.

  • How long will this kit last?

    This kit is a 2-month supply.

  • How long should I take these supplements?

    These supplements are safe to take long term. However, it is often advisable to take a break after having used them for 3-6 months.


    Upon re-introduction of the supplements, listen to your body to determine if they are still beneficial to you and proceed accordingly. Once you have achieved hormonal balance, you may be able to transition to simply eating lots of cruciferous vegetables and broccoli sprouts.

  • Can I use this kit with progesterone?

    Yes, these supplements can all be used in conjunction with bio-identical progesterone, like our Progestpure.

  • Are the ingredients vegan, non-GMO, gluten, dairy, soy-free?

    All of our supplements have been third-party tested to be free of gluten, dairy, soy and GMOs.


    All ingredients are vegan, except for the softgel capsule used in DIM, which is sourced from bovine gelatin.

  • Can I purchase just one product? Which one is best?

    You may purchase each of these supplements separately if you like.


    We do recommend that they be used together for best results; however, it is fine to use them alone, especially if you already know the liver detox phase that is posing the greatest problem for you. This can often be determined through DUTCH testing.

  • I already have low estrogen. Will this lower my estrogen?

    DIM works on converting estrogen metabolites from the "dirty" 16-OH and 4-OH pathways to the "clean" 2-OH  pathway. DIM helps support a more optimal balance of these estrogen metabolites, thereby providing a protective effect on the body. DIM will not lower your estrogen levels overall. 


    *For low estrogen, we do recommend adding 1 tbs fresh-ground flax seed daily to your diet. Please email support@hormonesbalance.com for questions.

  • Who should NOT take this kit?

    Some research has shown that DIM may affect blood sugar levels. For this reason, people with diabetes or hypoglycemia and those taking drugs, herbs or supplements that affect blood sugar should be cautious when supplementing with DIM. Talk to your healthcare provider and make sure blood glucose levels are being monitored if you start taking DIM.


    Unlike I3C, DIM is safe when taken with Tamoxifen, birth control pills and other herbs, such as St John’s Wort. DIM’s proven safety means it can be used by women wishing to get pregnant but should be discontinued during pregnancy and lactation.
