Fiber RS contains two forms of resistant starch (RS) type II: organic green banana flour and organic potato starch powder. RS is a type of starch that is resistant to digestion, as enzymes in the GI tract are inactive against it. Once RS reaches the large intestine, it is fermented into short chain fatty acids, which are used as fuel for both beneficial microbes and enterocytes of the GI tract.

As a dietary supplement, take 10 grams (approx. one scoop) per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Best if mixed into liquid using a blender or shaker bottle. Can also be mixed into food such as yogurt or gluten-free cereal. Due to the nature of resistant starch, consider starting with a smaller dose and titrating up to a full serving depending on tolerance.
Love the fact that these are hormone balancing supplements as well as a multi-purpose multi vitamin for my needs in one . Very happy with results, thanks
I have used Fiber RS to replace MiraLax. That in itself is a glowing endorsement. I don't want to ever take ML again!
Great to hear of this Ann!
My experience has been overall very good. Hashimoto's with iodine overload means I can't take many supplements, no matter how 'good' they are for me. My diet is very restricted as I pay close attention to my food/substance sensitivity blood work panel avoiding triggers. I pleased with Fiber RS and am ordering more....because it's something that's 'good' for me and I can take with out pain symptoms!
So nice to hear your thoughts Ann :)
