Refund Policy

This means that we only refund damaged or defective products (which means broken safety seals, defective capsules, product inconsistencies, damaged bottles). 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund you.

Damaged or defective products consists of: broken safety seals, defective capsules, product inconsistencies, damaged bottles.

Please report the damaged or defective products to www.hormonesbalance.com/contact within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for return/replacement.

1) Please send a clear picture of the issue

2) PLEASE DO NOT THROW THE PRODUCT AWAY 

3)  We will need the lot number from that bottle.

After you receive a confirmation that you qualify for return/replacement please ship the product to:
