How to use:

Easy to Use because dissolves well In my mid-50s I began to develop arthritis in my knees and joints. Fast forward to later 60s, after addressing inflammation, I added this product as part of my daily plan to lessen inflammation and rebuild joint health. It's filling and easy to use. It dissolves easily in water. I've added it to several drinks and smoothies easily as it really doesn't impart any flavor. I travel frequently, so this transportable option (rather than bone broth) just makes sense. This product will stay in my regimen; at some point I'll try to drop out my **** supplement and see if this alone is sufficient. After 3 weeks, I see improvement in my skin thinness, but it's too soon to really know if this product alone is making that improvement.
