Wise Women’s Balance was designed to support hormones through perimenopause and menopause with herbs such as black cohosh and chaste tree berry. As this transition time often has fluctuating estrogen levels, this formula may also support the beneficial metabolism of estrogen with diindolylmethane (DIM) and chrysin and the elimination excess of antagonistic estrogens with calcium-d-glucarate.
Recommended for women in peri- and menopause - may help with hot flashes, night sweats, memory loss, belly fat and mood swings.
Made with non-GMO ingredients. Free of gluten, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, and colors.

I’ve been taking WW Balance for a couple of weeks now, and I can say that I no longer experience any hot flashes. I imagine other things are getting back in balance as well. I plan to continue.
Very good news!
After researching and reading everything I could find, I didn’t want to purchase and have 5 different supplements. I thought someone somewhere must have combined all these necessary ingredients. Then I found these hormone balance products.
We are so happy this supplement includes the ingredients you were looking for all in 1 product :)
I have only Been taking this for a few weeks. Have not really seen a difference yet. Hoping hot flashes go away.
Thank you Debby. Please keep us posted
WWB is a wonderful product for Estrogen Dominance (ED). We are Italian and my wife has been fighting against ED for the last 10 years. Doctors have never been able to help, in spite of the money thrown at them. My wife’s issues can be traced down to weak kidneys, which have triggered low progesterone levels via adrenal fatigue due to repeated stress; and to a weak liver, which has caused toxic estrogen overload via poor estrogen metabolization. Translating the above into symptoms: weight gain, fibroids, water retention, lumpy breast, fatigue. Fibroids were removed, but not the underlying cause, ED, so my wife’s weight gain started to be a real problem as it approached kg84, while her natural weight would be kg70. So, what to do when nothing works, one is confused and doctors can’t help? Luckily, when all seemed lost my wife tried WWB. Her weight gain started to reverse in a few days and now, after a bit more than two months, her weight is 76, a huge progress and relief as well. Why did WWB work, while nothing else was working? Because dealing with ED we were focused on low progesterone only, so on the issues caused byweak adrenal glands, neglecting wrong estrogen metabolization, related to liver mulfunctioning. Here WWB comes into play! It is a broad-spectrum ED supplement, so it addresses both progesterone- and estrogen-related issues at the same time. We have now adjusted the therapy by targeting estrogen metabolization with Magdalena’s supplements, rather than relying on WWB only. But WWB was for me an eye-opener and indeed reversed the ominous weight gain! Thank you Magdalena Giorgio
We are very happy to hear of how this has been so helpful! Thank you for taking this time to share the impact of adding Wise Women's Balance :)
I'm only halfway through my first bottle, but it does seem to be helping. I'm noticing fewer mood swings and less cystic acne around my period. I'm in peri-menopause and this is definitely helping!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Wise Women's Balance Melissa :)
