Wise Women’s Balance was designed to support hormones through perimenopause and menopause with herbs such as black cohosh and chaste tree berry. As this transition time often has fluctuating estrogen levels, this formula may also support the beneficial metabolism of estrogen with diindolylmethane (DIM) and chrysin and the elimination excess of antagonistic estrogens with calcium-d-glucarate.
Recommended for women in peri- and menopause - may help with hot flashes, night sweats, memory loss, belly fat and mood swings.

Afrer religiously taking the suggested dosage and finishing a bottle I must say my hot flashes are as frequent as before and I am still not sleeping. I really wanted it to work but sadly it didn't.
Thank you for sharing your experience Ally. We have sent you an email about this and wish to offer you store credit for your purchase price. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
I am 48 years old and in perimenopause. After taking this supplement I have noticed more control over my emotions (previously I would cry almost every day). Also, I was having extremely long cycles and even on the first month of taking this supplement it come back to a normal length.
After taking these supplements for a couple of weeks my hot flashes went away. I went from having 15-17 per day (yes, I actually kept track one day - that’s how annoying they were to me) and then gradually down to none. However I’m also on an anti-inflammatory diet so not sure how well they work if you diet isn’t all that “clean”.
Hi Elizabeth, How great that you kept track and are down to "no hot flashes" per day. This is a WIN! Thank you for sharing your experience. :)
I’ve only used this product for almost a month now and am getting ready to place my second order. So far so good I think it is helping.
Great Pamela! Thank you for taking the time to review Wise Women's Balance
I don't know if it has helped me or not. I am taking it because of the chrysine-not sure of the spelling, but it is the ingredient which helps to inhibit testosterone from making estrodiol. ( spelling?) I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 6/18 after 23 years of being a survivor. Had two surgeries, no chemo, radiation or anastrozole. Praise God, so far so good. While I am doing this, I want to mention that I did buy your program with the intention of following it. However, so many of the ingredients I have never heard of and I don't know where in the world to buy ox bones. Maybe you could help me with that. Cost is also a factor. Sandy
Very good. Thank you for your review. We will be sending you and email today to begin the discussion about your ingredient concerns :)
